How should Valrhona chocolate be stored?

For solid chocolates (tablets, beans, squares, etc.) and gourmet gift boxes Storage condition on arrival: keep at 16-20°C (61-68°F) in a dry place away from light to prevent the fat content from going rancid.

Milk chocolate, white chocolate, pralines and nut decorations are particularly sensitive.
