Our 100th Anniversary event in Thailand
Early November this year, we hosted the last event of our 100 years celebrations around Asia! And no where else than the beautiful ABar at the Marriott Marquis Queen's Parl Bangkok. With about 75 creative chefs invited and media presence, we showcased our new products through the recipes created by l'Ecole Valrhona Asia and executed by the Executive Pastry Chef Alfred Merkel... with 3 extra showpieces specially created for the occasion. Guests have also discovered savoury creations with GUANAJA 70% and KOMUNTU 80%, the chocolate of our anniversary.
