THE CERCLE V 2023 CHALLENGE IS COMING TO AN END!

Congratulations and thank you to all the participants – chefs and makers who have taken up the challenge of our Cercle V challenge for Valrhona's 100th anniversary!

This year again, you have shown off your creativity and boldness by sharing your best creations. It was therefore very difficult for our jury of experts and pastry chefs from l’Ecole Valrhona to choose between all the contestants.

Well done to the 12 winners who stood out this year! Their creations will feature in the next Cercle V calendar and will also be posted each month on Valrhona’s social media accounts.
