Jacques et Laurent Pourcel – SIRHA

The Pourcel twins hail from the Mediterranean port city of Agde and opened their restaurant, Le Jardin des Sens, in Montpellier 25 years ago. In just a few years, they became ambassadors for French cuisine, through emblematic dishes such as pigeon with cacao.
